Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to all physical addresses within South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
4. Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Address:
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Cost Disclaimer
The displayed delivery cost is an estimate and may not be the final amount. The actual cost will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order details. You will see the final delivery cost before confirming your purchase.
8. Delivery Attempts:
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or no one is available to receive the delivery, the item will be returned to our offices. We will then contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Please be aware that a second delivery fee will apply. Because we use contracted delivery services, we are charged for each delivery attempt, and this cost will be passed on to the customer.
9. Damaged Shipments:
Upon delivery, please inspect the package before opening it. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the delivery. Signing the delivery note confirms that the item has been received in good physical condition. If, after inspecting the unopened package, you find that the item is damaged or incorrect, you may refuse the delivery. In such cases, we will gladly replace the item and redeliver it to you at no additional cost.
10. Remote Areas:
Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer than the estimated delivery times and may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
